The firm is built on a foundation of legal rigor, ethical practice, and deep understanding of cross-border legal matters affecting foreign and Mexican property owners.
Gloria works in collaboration with a select network of highly qualified legal specialists in the Vallarta–Banderas Bay region, ensuring that each client receives advice from the most appropriate expert for their specific legal needs. This multidisciplinary approach provides our clients with robust legal protection and practical solutions, particularly in complex real estate and condominium matters.
After earning her law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), Gloria held senior positions within legal departments of key public-sector institutions in Mexico City. For over a decade, she served as Managing Partner of a successful Mexican law firm, advising both private and corporate clients.
Gloria later worked in Vancouver, Canada, gaining valuable international experience before relocating to the Vallarta region, where she now focuses on real estate, legal consulting for foreign and national clients and condominium law and administration.
She is bilingual in Spanish and English and has extensive experience working with clients from Canada, the United States, and Europe, ensuring clear communication and confidence throughout every legal process.
